i had a lunch date today. i ate red peppers AND feta! i never eat things like that. I was supposed to go to a thai resturaunt for lunch but it was closed.

oh yeah. I am also single. Brian broke up with me. bastard. but its all good. im glad, very glad. it never would have work. good thing we figured that out peacefully and now instead of after being married for a few years

I think I figured out what I am gonna wear... my meatloaf T and jeans... probably just runners. I wish it was summer b/c flip flops would totally come out.
Hopefully it is isn't too cold and i can just wear a hoodie instead of a jacket. But my luck, Mar 4 will be FREAKING COLD!!!

So yesterday was a stat holiday. I didn't actually think they'd call me in to work as I had just come off of 6 evenings. WELL... I got that phone call to come in and finish the evening shift... Guess how much money I made an hour yesterday??? 38.13$!!!! stupidly crazy. Admin didn't really want to approve me working OT but there was no one else to come in... MUAHAHAHAHA
stat pay and then OT... yup yesterday was a good day to be working for me.

well i think i might just be heading back to bed now. was up til 5am sunday night, then up around 10, worked from 530-11pm, up til 3 this morning... up at 10 b/c my landlady was looking for me... stupid doorbells

i really haven't got much to say. ppl have been dying at work left right and center. this virus we have going around is just too much for them. 4 in 2 weeks. i don't think anyone else is gonna go anytime really soon, but you never know.. they are old... very old...

Testing for school is 15days. How many classes will you have to upgrade? hehe It looks like its gonna take me 3 semesters to upgrade. 3 classes per semester. Very sad. Very very sad.

Anti-Valentine's Day

K so valentine's day really sucks. Yes I am well aware I have Brian, BUT where is Brian? Hmmm I think he is on the other side of the province, working. Im feeling kinda odd. I finally got a fantastic xmas present from him (promise diamond to be part of the engagement ring). but now it seems like i keep questioning, 'do i really want this?' I know i want to get married and stuff, but do i want to marry him. I've been bugging him for 5 years. Im sure he'd be relieved if we broke up, yet again. I dunno. Can't seem to talk to him about it anymore.
i shall wear my diamond until we do talk... until something changes.
but valentines day still sucks.

spiffy new phone

i got myself a new cell phone. Its pink! heheh i love it. I will love it more when I can actually download ringtones. having technical issues... have been one the phone for about 20minutes.... finally got transferd to the data support ppl. We shall see how that goes. Currently I am listening to information in French. i have NO idea what they are saying. damn french ppl
but yeah, this is my phone. did i mention its pink??? tis not a sprint phone of course but bell. I am canadian... not a silly american

is it really time to go home?

well i have been in the city for it seems like for ever. well since friday. and what have i done with myself? hmm one movie (pans labyrinth ) one totally awesome shower (of course there were other showers this week but they can't compare to that totally awesome one) one day of cross country skiing, one day of down hill skiing, one time falling on the hill, one time driving, one totally cool birthday supper, one totally cool welcome home party, one totally cool finishing off the birthday party, one really really cute baby who looks just like her uncle, and i think maybe only one argument with dad.
i think that all in all it was an ok week.
supposedly i go home today. back to work tonight. we shall see how many ppl have died this week at work. i know of one already. could be 2 or 3 by the time i get back tho. could be interesting.

not quite 24hrs

why oh why do i do these things to myself??? I have been up since 10pm last night. didn't get a whole heck of a lot of sleep during the day yesterday and zilch the day before work.... i think its about 7hrs of sleep since 11am Wednesday. Stupid night shifts. Stupid plans in the city (no offense Bri) it seems that when ever i come to the city after working a night it don't sleep for like some times upwards of 30hrs. Tis very sad I must say. my shift working father is kinda rather shocked that i am still up.... he's like, i can tell you are exhausted! you need sleep! you are starting to change colour! I have actually changed to a really sad shade of white from lack of sleep. also the pain in my joints from lack of sleep is probably contributing to that... my oh my
well hopefully i can make plans for LATE tonight.. hehe get a couple hours sleep... if only supper would hurry up and get cooked!
